Kingland Ltd. has united Hua Long Industrial Trading Limited Company to develop a three-layered polyethylene externally-anticorrosive steel pipe (can simultaneously produce single-layered FBE anticorrosive steel pipe and double-layered PE anticorrosive steel pipe as packages). In accordance with customers' requirements, we produce internally-anticorrosive steel pipes as well. The main equipments for production were introduced from the Germany Wangner Company. The diameters of the anticorrosive steel pipes vary from 114mm to 1400mm and the lengths 8m to12m.

"Kingland" branded three-layered PE petroleum and natural gas anticorrosive pipeline is based on high-grade spiral submerged welded pipe, straight-seam welded pipe and seamless pipe, using advanced technique to smear pipes with epoxy coating and laterally enwound polyethylene coating. It is comprehensively anticorrosive, and it represents an internationally advanced new style of pipeline, which has been widely used as long-distance petroleum and natural gas transferring pipelines.

FBE/2PE/3PE anticorrosive steel pipes are currently one of the domestic and international leading technical systems of underground externally-anticorrosive pipelines. It has the characteristics of excellent antisepsis function, low capacity of water-absorbing and high mechanical intensity, and has been used more and more widely as underground water, gas and petroleum pipelines in the recent years.
