On the basis of introducing Germany Battenfeld company's technical equipments, Kingland developed polyolefin plastic pipes, including PP-R cold and hot water pipes, PE water-supply pipes and gas pipes, as well as their complementary fittings.
The products have the characteristics of anticorrosion, light weight, energy-saving, easy assemblage, easy storage and transportation, and recycling utilization. They are the state strongly recommended chemical building materials, which are applicable to cold and hot tap water transferring, drinking water and gas transferring, as well as heating supply system, industrial chemical substances transferring and food industry.
PE gas pipe
"Kingland" PE gas pipe is a high-performance polyethylene pipe, which uses materials of PE80-or-PE100-class gas pipes, which are imported from Europe, as its raw materials. The process equipment is the polyethylene product line, which is imported from Germany Battenfeld Company. It produces PE gas pipes of Φ20—Φ250mm and of various pressure grades, whose quality accord with the state standard-GB15558.1-2003.
In the recent years, the development of natural gas industry has made rapid growth because of the constant exploitation and utilization of natural gas. PE water supply pipe

It produces PE water supply pipes of Φ20—Φ250mm and of various pressure grades,whose quality accord with the state standard-GB/T13663-2002.
PE water supply pipe is widely applied to industrial and civil construction water supply systems, industrial chemical-substances transferring, drinking water transferring system, air compression process, beverage production feeding system, long-distance underground transferring pipes and other industrial or agricultural fields.
PP-R pipe and fitting
"Kingland" PP-R pipe is a new-style plastic pipe which is used for transferring cold and hot water. It uses PP-R, which is imported from Europe, as its raw material. The process equipment is the polyolefin product line which is imported from Germany Battenfeld Company. It produces 4 types of PP-R pipes, whose diameters vary from 20mm to 110mm, including S5.0, S4.0, S3.2 and S2.5, whose quality accord with the state standard-GB/T18742.2-2002、GB/T18742.3-2002.
It is a new-style environmental-protective pipe which is acid-resistant, anticorrosive, compression resistant and innocuous. It is classified as a high and new technology product that is environmental-protective and energy-saving. It is a substitutional plastic product of steel products which is proposed by the country, and can be used in a wide range of fields, such as waste-water discharging in city planning, freeway and playground rainwater-discharge project, drainage, flood prevention and farmland irrigation, as well as being used as a bushing of underground electric cable. This product is convenient for transportation, assembling and disassembling and is collision resistant.
