SSAW STEEL PIPE : Six Spiral Welded Pipe production lines have introduced into the international advanced technique design and manufacturing,each of them is outfitted with the whole equipment from uncoiling to pipe inspection,packing and then Ex-work,including uncoiler,leveling machine,fly welding machine,American Lincon welding machine,plasma cutting machine,pipe end grinding machine,hydrostatic testing machine,end facing machine,end expander,40channels ultrasonic inspector for pipe body and weld seam,highly clear X-ray image inspection system and so on.We adopt the ways of two wires of double-side submerged arc automatic welding and can supply the products according to the requirements of customers to the standards of SY/T5037-2000,SY/T5040-92,CJ/T3022-93,GB/T9711.1-1977,GB/T9711.2-1999 and API5L etc.Our products have been authenticated by American API 5L and have been granted the national production license of GB/T9711.2-1999 for steel grade X70. |
